ORLANDO, Florida (January 10, 2005) – Due to tremendous growth in the Orlando, Florida market, Brink’s Home Security, Inc. has created a new Orlando South office, its second branch office in the Orlando metro area. When the new office is opened, Brink’s will have two locations to conveniently serve local customers – one at its current location in Apopka, Florida (Orlando North), and the second at a site in the southern part of the area (Orlando South).
"New housing construction and population growth are helping fuel this expansion. The Orlando office serves seven counties in Central Florida, from Daytona Beach to Orlando and Melbourne. With a lot of folks moving into the area, it was important for us to open another office to improve our ability to serve our customers," said Bob Carroll, Southeast Regional Director for Brink’s Home Security. "Adding the second office allows us to expand our service area to more customers. The expansion also improves our service efficiency, as we can more effectively schedule calls with our customers," Carroll said.
"The Central Florida economy has rebounded since 9-11, particularly the tourism industry, and that is helping commercial and residual growth. We’ve increased our workforce to meet the growing needs of our customers," Carroll added.
The Brink’s Home Security management team for the offices includes: Alan Sylvester, Brad Inklebarger, and Charlie Warren.
