IRVING, Texas (April 27, 2005) – Joann Johnson has recently joined Brink’s Home Security as Vice President and Controller at the Security Company’s headquarters in Irving, TX.
In her position with Brink’s Home Security, Johnson reports to Stephen C. Yevich, Senior Vice President -Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. "We are pleased that Joann has joined us. Her talents and varied experience will further strengthen and improve our financial controls and accounting functions," Yevich said.
Prior to joining Brink’s Home Security, Ms. Johnson was Vice President of Finance and Administration at Celion Networks, Inc., Richardson, TX. She has held increasingly responsible financial positions over the past 20 years with a number of companies, including IP Communications Corporation, Communication Expo Corporation and Tandy Corporation.
Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in 1985. She received her MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1995.
